5. Liverpool break at one end, Salah goes down screaming for a free-kick on the edge of the box - nothing given. Leeds break. Rodrigo finds himself all alone in the centre of the box from Raphinha’s pass on the right. He unleashes an effort but shoots straight at Alisson. What a chance.

7. Leeds are sloppy in possession. Cooper clears his lines from Mane’s feet but it’s only as far as Trent Alexander-Arnold. He strides forward and plays a lovely dipping ball into the box but it evades everyone.

10. Leeds give away a free-kick on the far side. Trent is over it for the hosts... steps up and drills it into the wall. Klopp is furious with the wasted opportunity.

11. Leeds lose the ball in their own half - Harrison with a stray pass. Mane gathers, shoots low, but it’s deflected wide for a corner ball. Trent’s delivery in is headed away and then volleyed clear by Phillips.

12. Salah with a nice flick through, Mane turns Cooper and is into space but gets dragged down by his shirt. About as blatant a yellow card as it gets. Liverpool waste the set-piece.

14. Phillips intercepts a loose ball in the middle and very nearly plays Bamford in on goal. Couple of great tackles and some creative passing from the defensive midfielder so far.

15. Meslier saves from Jota’s acrobatic volley. Fine ball in from Salah, took it on the chest, volleyed goalwards but it’s tipped and caught by the Leeds stopper.

15. Inside the Liverpool half, Fabinho goes into the book for his foul on Rodrigo. It was loose.

17. Rodrigo sets Bamford free down the right. He dinks a ball into the box but it’s over everyone. Harrison keeps it in play, Firpo delivers again but it’s too hard once more.

19. Harrison with some lovely skill to beat TAA on the far side, he leaves him for dead in the box and feeds Firpo whose shot is blocked. Liverpool then break and Mane sees a shot blocked behind.
