Leeds United fell to just a second Premier League defeat of the season as Saturday’s clash at Bournemouth ended in a 2-0 defeat - but how did we rate the performances?
Leeds made a very bright start and Daniel Farke’s Whites looked to have gone ahead when Dominic Calvert-Lewin converted a James Justin cross after a neat pass from Jayden Bogle but VAR intervened and the goal was disallowed for handball.
Leeds still continued on the front foot but a howler from keeper James Trafford led to the Cherries taking the lead, Trafford’s attempted pass for Ao Tanaka intercepted by Justin Kluivert who unselfishly squared to Evanilson who couldn’t miss and stroked the ball home into an empty net.
It looked set to prove the only goal of the game but Bournemouth bagged a second deep in second half stoppage time through Amine Adli.
Leeds United writer Lee Sobot hands out the scores.

8. Ao Tanaka
6 - Very decent display in the middle of the park to start and played a key role in Leeds getting on top but less joy after the break. | Getty Images

9. Dan James
6 - Very bright start with a particularly impressive break down the left but faded a bit and couldn't make the most of a counter from a corner. | Getty Images

10. Harry Wilson
6 - His best display yet in a Leeds shirt to start with, buzzing about but also threatening. Kept trying to make things happen after the break and could see how frustrated he was. Alas no end product though but same for the whole front line. | Getty Images

11. Dominic Calvert-Lewin
7 - A beast upfront. The usual strong hold up play and looked to have put Leeds ahead only for VAR to intervene. No way defenders will like playing against him. | AFP via Getty Images

12. Anton Stach (sub)
6 - Added a bit more strength to the midfield after coming on but wasted two good chances with a shot wide and a free kick sent over the bar. | Getty Images
