Marcelo Bielsa saw his side snatch all three points in Berkshire as Jack Harrison struck in the 87th minute to hand the Whites all three points and hit the summit of the Championship table. Here's how we rated the performance...
7 - Very solid when he was rarely called upon.

8 - Battled with a physical striker and handled it.
9 - Defensively sound, grabbed play by the scruff and dragged it up the pitch with his forward runs. Almost making the Championship look too easy.
6 - Not at his best on the ball. Improved after the break and never shied away from the challenge in front of him.
6 - Got into positions to hurt Reading after the break, was quieter and less effective in the first half.
6 -Unable to pick a hole in the Reading back line. A few nice touches aside it was a quiet night for the Pole.
6 - Kept wanting the ball, even if he was guilty of wayward passes at times, kept trying to look for holes that never really appeared.
6 - His goal is what will be remembered, the rest of his performance wasn't as memorable.
6 - Kept quiet for his short time on the pitch. Another frustrating injury continued the stop-start theme of his Leeds career.
6 - Never really found himself with a clear cut chance. Made some runs that weren't spotted.
6 - Got into good positions with the ball and when it really mattered, put in a good cross.
7 - Added energy, impetus and, crucially, quality. Provided two good crosses for Dallas then fed Costa for the winner.
NA - An injury-time substitution.
Darren Bond 7 - Didn't seem to miss much. Little in the way of debatable calls.
