5. Brentford 2 Leeds United 0 (April 2019)
There were tears at Griffin Park as a 2-0 defeat at Brentford left third-placed Leeds three points behind second-placed Sheffield United with just two games left. Effectively, autos over. Picture by Bruce Rollinson.
6. Charlton Athletic 1 Leeds United 0 (September 2019)

7. Millwall 2 Leeds United 1 (October 2019)
Leeds were back in London just one week later but staring down a barrel after just 14 minutes against Millwall as Gaetano Berardi was harshly sent off. The decision was later overturned but too late for this game. Picture by Simon Hulme.
