Captain Jordan Henderson (hip), Curtis Jones (muscle), Divock Origi (muscle) and Caoimhin Kellerher (abdominal) remain sidelined.
Long-term absentees Virgil van Dijk (knee) and Joel Matip are making progress while Joe Gomez (knee) returned to training this week but Leeds will come too soon for the defender.

The German head coach later added: "They all are [on track]. Joe [Gomez] is outside running now. Obviously, a big step. All looks fine when he is running, no reaction in his knee.
“These things are important. It takes time but he’s in a good way. Like Virg, Joel and Hendo – all the long-term ones.”
