Leeds United were beaten for a third game in-a-row on Saturday lunchtime as the Whites were downed 2-1 by Fulham at Craven Cottage. Liam Cooper and Max Wober returned to the starting XI but could not prevent the team going two-nil down during the second half.
A late Joao Palhinha own goal looked to have offered the visitors a lifeline in west London, but Leeds were unable to force an equaliser and find themselves in a perilous position with 29 points from 32 games.
Here are Graham Smyth’s player ratings from today’s 2-1 defeat.
7. Weston McKennie - 2
Gave the ball away, took a yellow after his own poor pass, risked a second one after a poor first touch. Bypassed too easily. (Photo by JUSTIN TALLIS/AFP via Getty Images) Photo: JUSTIN TALLIS
8. Jack Harrison - 3
Incredibly quiet in the first half. Showed only a glimmer in the second before being taken off. (Photo by Clive Rose/Getty Images) Photo: Clive Rose
9. Brenden Aaronson - 3
Went to ground too often looking for free-kicks that would never be given. Couldn't provide an outlet. (Photo by Clive Rose/Getty Images) Photo: Clive Rose
10. Crysencio Summerville - 5
Started well, got at Fulham, showed something in possession, but faded as the first half went on. A couple of nice moments in the second half. (Photo by Warren Little/Getty Images) Photo: Warren Little
11. Rodrigo - 5
Largely anonymous. Chased back to try and win the ball because there was no service. Frustration showed in a number of challenges. (Photo by JUSTIN TALLIS/AFP via Getty Images) Photo: JUSTIN TALLIS
12. Luis Sinisterra - 6
