The Whites stormed to what was their seventh victory of the Premier League season with a 5-0 rout of their hosts as strikes from Alioski, Jack Harrison, Rodrigo and Raphinha followed a comical Romaine Sawyers own goal.

Alioski said his side were particularly determined to build on Sunday's 1-0 triumph at home to Burnley and the North Macedonian international was left beaming from ear to ear at the fashion in which Leeds had done so.

Casting his verdict on the five-star showing to Amazon Prime Video, Alioski said: "We know the style of how we play, the philosophy from the coach, we are attractive, we are physically strong, we can run, we can play good football and it's that work on the pitch that happened today.

"We wanted to win this game and it was really important for us to take the three points.

"We wanted to build on the last victory, that was the goal, and we are happy that we have it."

Reflecting on his own fantastic strike which at the time put Leeds 2-0 up, Alioski said: "I am trying every day to learn from my coach.

"Every chance that he gives me I am trying to improve in the defence because I know that in attack I can have a lot of power and that I can attack because I am a winger but I needed to learn also how to defend, and to attack of course.

"But with how we play, as a team together, when it works the goals come automatically.

"Then it doesn't matter who scores and today a lot of people scored, different people and this is nice to see.

"It's not only one person who can score.

"Every player in the team has the possibility to score."
