It was a narrow 1-0 defeat for the Whites that day - managed by Simon Grayson - following a solo effort from Thierry Henry. But where are the Leeds players who played that day now? Scroll and click through the pages to find out:
1. Tom Lees
Lees is captain of the Whites Yorkshire and Championship rivals Sheffield Wednesday - the club he left Elland Road for in 2014.
2. Darren O'Dea
The 32-year-old decided to hang up his boots in May 2019 at Dundee before accepting the position of under-18s manager at Motherwell. He didnt stay there long, though, swiftly returning to Celtic in the same role.
3. Danny Pugh
Pugh, 37, stepped into a player/coach role at League Two outfit Port Vale last year. And while the defender is still a registered player, he is more focused on the coaching side having been named on the bench just twice this term.
4. Adam Clayton
The midfielder is one of Middlesbroughs most experienced heads but doesnt seem to be in Jonathan Woodgates plans of late. He was an unused substitute for Boro in Saturdays 4-0 loss at Elland Road.
5. Andros Townsend
Townsend has gone on to have a decent career since his Leeds loan. He has been capped by England and appeared in the Premier League for Tottenham, Newcastle and current club Crystal Palace.
6. Mika Vayrynen
The former Finland international is now assistant manager at Finnish first-tier club HJK Helsinki.
