Frank Lampard says his Chelsea squad have a full clean bill of health ahead of the visit of Leeds United in the Premier League.

The Blues have faced a swift turnaround following a midweek trip to Sevilla in the Champions League, but have no ill effects following the clash in Spain.

Marcelo Bielsa's outfit travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening in the top flight for the first time in over 16 years.

United enter the clash off the back of an impressive 1-0 victory over Everton, while the hosts are unbeaten in 15 outings across all competitions.

Lampard's men toppled last year's Europa League winners 4-0 in Group E on Wednesday night, as striker Olivier Giroud made history by bagging all four goals.

The France international scored a perfect hat-trick during the man-of-the-match performance and with it has given his head coach a selection headache ahead of this weekend's encounter.

Tammy Abraham has been Lampard's preferred lone front man this term, with summer arrivals Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner on either side of the England man.

The Chelsea boss, though, has admitted that the 34-year-old veteran striker has given him food for thought after a stunning display in Europe.

"It's not a case of giving players reassurances over game time," Lampard said over whether Giroud could start against the Whites.

"With the competitive squad that we have, that is very difficult to do. All you want from players when they're out of the team is to train well and perform.

"It gives me nice problems. Oli [Giroud] has always done that for me here.

"Particularly after the restart [last season] when he was fundamental to us getting into the Champions League spots. I'm happy with him. He's given me a really nice problem.

"His performance was good and he's training well. I'm not going to give my team selection out today."
