Marcelo Bielsa's Whites are only just better than even money with 23-18 the best price on offer whilst the draw is a best-priced 14-5.

The Hammers can be backed at 23-10 but Whites no 9 Patrick Bamford is favourite to score first at 49-10 and West Ham's Michail Antonio is next at 6-1 despite being a doubt with a hamstring injury.

As such, the visiting side's Sebastien Haller who is next in the market at 13-2 is rated the most likely Hammers threat to add to his seasonal tally of six in all competitions so far.

Record Leeds signing Rodrigo is next at 17-2 and the same price as West Ham's Andriy Yarmolenko with Hammers league top scorer Jarrod Bowen only next in the market at 17-2 and slightly shorter than Raphinha (9s).

Of the other Whites starters in prominent roles, Mateusz Klich is 11s with Jack Harrison 12s.

Tomas Soucek (10s), former White Robert Snodgrass (11s), Pablo Fornais (12s), Mark Noble (25-2) and Manuel Lanzini (14s) are the other prominent Hammers in the first scorer market.

But Bamford is top of the pile and only 6-4 to bag a ninth goal for the campaign as an any time scorer and a 2-1 triumph for Leeds is rated the most likely score for a Whites win at 9s although a 1-1 draw actually heads the correct score market at 39-5.

As far as the bigger picture is concerned, Leeds are comfortably expected to survive with United 20-1 to go down.

West Brom (4-7), Fulham (4-7), Burnley (evens), Sheffield United (11-10), Newcastle United (11-2), Brighton (7s) and Crystal Palace (8s) are all seen as more likely to drop to the Championship.

Aston Villa are next in that market at 35-1, followed by West Ham at 40s.

Leeds are only 6-4 for a top-half finish - 12th in that particular pecking order - and the 14th-placed Whites are expected to record their fifth win of the season against West Ham to take Bielsa's side up to tenth.

The Hammers, who sit eighth, know a victory would take them fifth.
