Barnsley or Leeds United. Oakwell or Elland Road. Surely there’s only 1 choice. #lufc #mot

Great appointment this I feel, young head coach who did wonders at a club who had little resource, now time to step up #lufc

Heckingbottom has an incredibly tough task with the fixture list and depleted squad at his disposal. He will need time to get feet under the table. On a positive he should know the championship very well. #lufc

New gaffer. We have what the majority wanted. Experienced at this level. Young, british, passionate. Lets get behind him from day 1 and see if we can chase the playoff pack that looked to be sliding out of reach #LUFC

A warm welcome to THE Yorkshire club to the most Yorkshire-sounding manager in the game, Paul Heckingbottom. Next stop the @premierleague please, Mr H #lufc #MOT

Although it’s admittedly hard to get excited about... I’m quietly optimistic about this appointment. Play offs are gone for me this year regardless of who came in but solid foundations to be laid for next season. Hopefully a few u-23s emerge in latter half of the season. #lufc
