After floundering under Jan Siewart at the start of the season, Huddersfield are trying desperately to leave the relegation zone behind them, with Danny Cowley doing his best to get them moving in the right direction.

Leeds, on the other hand, are sitting just two points off the top spot, having conceded only ten goals all season. Unbeaten in their last eight games, they are very much the in-form team right now.

While nothing gets decided before Christmas, this derby could go a long way to determining how the teams carry themselves into the New Year.

When is the game on?

The Huddersfield v Leeds game will kick off at 12.30pm on Saturday 7 December.

How do I watch the Game?

The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main event, with the programme beginning at 12pm.

Sky Sports customers who won’t have access to their TV come kick-off time will also be able to stream the match live using the Sky Go app.

For Sky customers who aren’t currently signed up for the football channels, they can be added for £18 more a month or as part of the complete Sports package for an additional £23 each month.

On the other hand, if you don’t feel like committing long-term but still want to get in on the West Yorkshire action, NOW TV offer a day pass for £9.99, a week pass for £14.00 or a month’s worth for £33.99.

What other games are on Sky?

While Amazon recently became the first streaming service to show live English Premier League games in the UK, the vast majority of televised EPL and English Championship matches remain on Sky.

After the West Yorkshire derby concludes, the Manchester one kicks off – with the United versus City game live on Sky Sports Premier League and Main Event at 5.30pm.

December on Sky will also bring games like Arsenal v Manchester City (Sunday 15 December, 4.30pm), Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea (Sunday 22 December, 4.30pm) and the Arsenal v Chelsea game on Sunday 29 December, kicking off at 2pm.

The latter also features all the action from north of the border – with Celtic and Rangers going head to head at 12.30pm.
