LEEDS United are still rated extremely likely to make the Championship play-offs by the bookmakers - with the Whites no bigger than 1-6 to finish in the top six.

United were 1-8 to end the season in the play-off positions upon heading to last Tuesday night's trip to Fulham which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Another draw, at home to Queens Park Rangers at Elland Road on Saturday, has allowed seventh-placed Fulham to close the gap with their impressive 3-1 victory at leaders Newcastle United.

The Cottagers will move into the Championship's play-off places should they win their game in hand at home to Blackburn Rovers tonight.

Three points for the hosts at Craven Cottage would put Fulham sixth and just three points behind fourth-placed Leeds.

But Garry Monk's men are also two points clear of fifth-placed Reading and four points clear of sixth-placed Sheffield Wednesday and it is that duo who the layers feel are most vulnerable.

Whereas Leeds are no bigger than 1-6 to to finish in the play-offs and as short as 1-10, Reading are as big as 8-13 and will be the team to drop out of the play-offs in the view of the bookies.

Wednesday are 4-9 to finish in the top six while Fulham are now no bigger than 2-5.

Third-placed Huddersfield Town, who are five points ahead of Leeds and with one game in hand, are 1-100 to finish in the top six, while leaders Newcastle United and second-placed Brighton are 1-2000 and 1-5000 respectively.

Leeds' prospects of finishing in the top two look to have disappeared in the bookies' eyes with the Whites now 66-1 to seal automatic promotion in what looks a three-horse race.

Newcastle are 1-20 to go up automatic with Brighton 1-6 and Huddersfield 1-3. Fulham are 100-1.
