Save the dates: Two open events at Chapel Allerton Primary School

Staff at a school where Ofsted called the happy and confident children “hard working, collaborative and determined” have organised two open events, so potential new families can explore for themselves.
Chapel Allerton Primary School is holding the events in November. The first is on Tuesday, November 5, at 1.30pm. The second, on Thursday, November 7, begins at 9.30am.
Parents and carers can just turn up at either event to meet the team and explore the facilities.
Headteacher Nicholas Sykes said: “Prospective parents are invited to attend one of two open events, where there will be the opportunity to meet pupils and staff as well as tour our excellent facilities.”
About the school
It’s a very popular multi-cultural school in the thriving community of Chapel Allerton, Leeds. The school’s motto is “nurturing a lifelong love of learning” and the entire school team is committed to helping every child succeed. It is an inclusive school, with strong support for SEND pupils.
After its last Ofsted visit the school was rated as ‘good’, which the headteacher said was down to the hard work of all involved at the school.
The report said pupils in the nursery and primary were happy and confident and that its leaders were ambitious for future developments, an aspiration that was shared by both the staff and the wider community, with strong support from its Governors.
If you want to meet the team and explore the excellent facilities, save the dates of November 5 and November 7 in your diary. You can also find out more on the school’s website.
