Leeds United fans gift ideas: Eddie Gray, Klich, Hernandez, Revie and El Loco Bielsa figures and more!

For any Leeds fan the Bielsa era was nothing short of awesome – and you (or the Mighty Whites fan in your life) could be marching on together with your very own collection of fun figures from his time at the club.

The Argentinian hero found a place in every Leeds’ fan’s heart – indeed, his reached stretched far beyond Elland Road or the Wetherby training ground into the hearts of the population.

One fan, creator Stephen Deacon, set about creating an “El Loco Gnome” in the manager’s honour during the Covid lockdown in 2020. The 25cm high crouching Bielsa figures were so popular the first run quickly sold out, and not only were more made (he’s now had to make 10 batches and counting), but the collection has grown and grown – they even take suggestions from fans!

Marching on Together

The Scarborough-based company has gone on to produce Bielsa Christmas tree decorations and host of other figures depicting players from El Loco’s time in charge, as well as delving into Leeds’ recent and historical past for inspiration.

Forget Elf on the Shelf you could have your very own Bielsa on the bookcase, Alioski in your alcove, Klich in the Kitchen or Pablo in the porch or even Berardi in the bedroom! There are statuettes too of legendary manager Don Revie and top former players like Summerville and Rutter in poses from last season.

On and off the field

All the figures, which sit at about 20cm tall, are hand-painted and were initially designed to be kept indoors on a shelf or as a desk buddy – the perfect companion for any Leeds United fan.

But they are all made of polyresin and have the same coatings as the Bielsa Gnomes so, just like the players, will perform well outdoors! (although TLC is required so you may just want to keep them in the dressing room).

We love you Leeds, Leeds, Leeds

Why not treat yourself, or delight the Leeds United fan in your life, with a gift from El Loco Gnomes, with prices around the £15-£25 mark they’re certainly in an affordable league. Perhaps you’ll pick the MK43 – the company’s tribute to Meteusz Klich in that famous post-promotion relaxed pose, celebration beer in hand, go for Pablo Hernandez, or one of the fun ‘Bobblehead’ figures, like Leeds’ top goal-scorer from last year Crysencio Summerville or Georginio Rutter.

Sadly, you’re too late to get a home or away kit Marcelo Bielsa Christmas tree decoration – the ideal stocking filler or Secret Santa gift and under a tenner – but you can get your name down now to be notified when any of the team come back into stock.

The Gray Dynasty

Eddie Gray, the Godfather of Elland Road and still a regular on the terraces, is head of a legendary footballing family. So, it’s fitting that not only does he have his own 11 cm figurine, but that its part of a collection that also includes Frank, Andy and Archie, who have over 1,000 career appearances between them for the club. The Gray Dynasty is the latest production from El Loco, and came after a suggestion from a fan.

The website has its own suggestion area, so if you’ve got a dream for a figurine then it could well come true thanks to El Loco Gnomes.

In training

And there are a few new additions to look out for in 2025 including more greats like the El Loco Gnome tribute to Norman Hunter, and the inimitable ’92 midfield.
