The gender pay gap in Leeds has been revealed after companies with more than 250 employees submitted figures on how much they pay men and women.

The average median pay gap for companies based in Leeds was 11.8 per cent, which compares to a national average of 12 per cent. The company with the highest median pay gap between male and female members of staff was MASCO UK WINDOW GROUP LIMITED with a 67.4 per cent disparity, while at the other end of the scale, NATIONWIDE WINDOW CLEANING LIMITED pay women 30.1 per cent more than men.
