A host of new street food vendors have arrived in Trinity Kitchen to serve up some festive grub.
December's new line up includes Pietanic, Nelly's Barn, Dumpling Dumpling, The Pickled Porker and Belles of Harrogate.
They will join Trinity Kitchen regulars Chicago Rib Shack, Tortilla, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Absurd Bird and Rola Wala.
The new trucks arrived on Monday, December 10 and will be taking residency for the next seven weeks.
Nelly's Barn will be bringing the West Country into West Yorkshire, serving up burgers supplied by Bristol's best butcher.
The 28 day dry-aged burgers will be topped with oozy cheddar cheese from the town of Cheddar and the Somerset Vale of Wrington.
This is an important return for Nelly's Barn who's very first job was in the Trinity Kitchen.
Pietanic will be taking a classic British pie and giving it a new twist.
Swap your meat and potato for their signature Bacon Cheeseburger Pie and be sure to try out their range of sides, such as the quirky Frazzles scotch egg.
Yorkshire-based vendors, The Picked Porker will be serving up their smokehouse classics in the Trinity Kitchen once again.
They serve up locally sourced dishes that they cook low and slow for 12-hours to achieve a meat that just pulls apart seamlessly, like their hickory-smoked brisket bun.
The British Street Food Award finalists will also serve up Yorkshire Tapas Boards and artisan ciders and beers.
Isle of Wight-based vendors Dumpling Dumpling will be offering Asian-inspired dumplings.
They offer a wide range of different flavours such as their Mexican beef chilli in a black charcoal wrap.
For a sugar fix, there is Dan's Sweet treats which is filled with Nutella, chocolate, crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam.
Belles of Harrogate will be serving a selection of festive treats, from cupcakes and mince pies to chocolate brownies and loaded crepes.
This is also the place to go for your first festive Bailey's hot chocolate.
Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “The festive season is here, so what better reason to head to Trinity Kitchen and sample some of the best street food the UK has to offer.
“With the exciting new arrivals of Dumpling Dumpling, Belles of Harrogate, Pietanic, Nelly’s Barn and The Pickled Porker joining our beloved permanent outlets, there’s plenty of choice for festive partygoers or for those wanting a break from their Christmas shopping!”
