Luke Ayling’s face is an absolute picture of delight as he cuddles one of the babies in Leeds General Infirmary.

It is fantastic that the club has chosen the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund as its charity to support this year.

The unit currently has seven bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge area which all need refurbishing. Both adults and children are treated at the unit.

A club like Leeds can make a huge difference to a charity. It will get a lot of requests and cannot help everyone but the money it raises for the CHSF can really help save lives.
