Communities across Leeds are fighting back against a plague of drink-fuelled bad behaviour which has turned once-thriving commercial pockets of the city into virtual '˜no-go zones' for locals.
Amid reports of old ladies being too terrified to venture out for a loaf of bread and families telling the YEP they are too intimidated to wander their local streets, residents and the authorities are fighting back, with a raft of measures to reclaim our district shopping centres from drunken thugs.
