Woman seriously injured in road smash near Leeds
A woman suffered serious injuries when a car came off the road and hit a lamp post near Leeds.
The 57-year-old was taken to Leeds General Infirmary following the crash, which happened at the roundabout junction of the A660 Leeds Road and Rotary Way in Otley at about 8.20pm yesterday.
The Dacia Sandero car involved in the incident had been travelling along Rotary Way from Burley in Wharfedale towards Leeds.
Witnesses are asked to ring West Yorkshire Police on the force’s 101 number.
