Leeds is forecast for more rain this weekend

At around 6pm, the sun might start peeping through the clouds offering a brighter end to the day before the sun sets at 9.12pm.

Saturday will see temperatures reach highs of 12C.

The rain on Sunday is forecast to begin at around 4pm and last right through until the early hours of Monday morning.

It will get heavier as the evening progresses with some black cloud covering the city throughout.

Though slightly warmer with highs of 13C, Sunday's weather will give a dull end to the weekend with sunset at 9.14pm.

Leeds residents will be thankful for their first weekend of being allowed to socialise or meet indoors - to avoid the battering weather.

The eased restrictions mean that the city's museums, cinemas and bowling alleys are open, as well as hospitality resuming indoor service.
