WEATHER: Hour-by-hour forecast as temperature starts to rise, but rain could put dampener on Leeds


The days gradually rise in heat as we head towards Thursday, which is set to be the hottest day of the year so far, with highs of 21C forecast by the Met Office.

Hide AdAnd although it won't reach those heights today, after months of rain, snow and wind, it will feel fairly warm, with top temperatures of 15C, although it is predicted to be cloudy for the majority of the day with the chance of light rain at times.


The Met Office are also warning of high pollen levels over the coming week, the first time this year that the warning has been issued to people who suffer with hay-fever and and pets with allergies possibly affected.
