Steven Overton, club secretary of Wakefield Jets JFC, comments: “The team is an incredibly hard-working group of boys and we’re delighted that we can reward their efforts with brand-new playing kit.

Playing home and away around the Wakefield and Leeds area they will represent both their club and Taylor Wimpey with pride.”

Wakefield Jets JFC was formed in 2002 and has since played an important role in junior sporting activities in the Wakefield area. It is an FA Charter Development Standard Club affiliated to the West Riding County FA and competing in the Garforth Junior Football League, as well as appropriate County Cup competitions.

The primary function of the club is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn and play football. Children are encouraged to be actively involved in training sessions and to contribute as much as possible to club activities.
