Wakefield housebuilder appoints new area sales manager

Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of a new area sales manager.

Nicola Jefferson, from Wakefield, brings 17 years’ experience within the housebuilding sector to her new position, where she is responsible for managing the sales team across a number of developments in the region.

Nicola said: “I’m very excited to be taking on my new role as area sales manager and I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued success of Avant Homes Yorkshire. Avant Homes is renowned for the quality of its product and for being at the forefront of innovative new home design and I hope to contribute further to the company’s successes in the region.

“I am also focused on improving my own skills and expertise and know that Avant Homes is dedicated to supporting the development of its staff, which is very important to me.”

Nicola’s role will see her take specific responsibility for Avant Homes’ developments at Chevin Park, in Menston, West Wood Fields in Apperley Bridge, Sandhill Croft in Idle and Godwin Vale in Stamford Bridge, near York.

Speaking about Nicola’s appointment, Steve Rider, sales director at Avant Homes Yorkshire, said: “Nicola has a great deal of experience in the housebuilding industry and this will help to further enhance the reputation of Avant Homes in Yorkshire.
