Video: Woman receives Christmas card intended for someone else for 20 years
A woman who has received mystery Christmas cards for 20 years from a woman called Eileen to a couple she doesn't know is appealing for help to solve the riddle.
Angie Kenney, 45, says the festive mail is hand-delivered to “Lynne and Bob” from “Eileen” each December, but she has never spotted the sender. This year the letter came with a 1950s black and white photo of a couple on holiday and reads: “Happy Christmas to you both, love Eileen xx” An eerie note next to the snap says: “I found this photo while sorting out and know you will love it.” Mum-of-two Angie, of Trinity Road, Whetstone, Leics., said: “The card is always hand-delivered and when the card came through the door last week I actually heard the letterbox go.
