Video: Copy of one of world's rarest books cut it up to make WALLPAPER

Aristocrat Lady Isabella Hertford took her scissors to the book back in 1827 when she decided her mansion needed decorating.

She used 28 pictures from John James Audubon’s The Birds of America to stick on the Chinese-inspired wallpaper in the Chinese Drawing Room at Temple Newsam House in Leeds, W Yorks. the paper had been given to her by her lover, the Prince of Wales - later King George IV.
