Queensway in Guiseley closed after scooter crash

Police closed a section of Queensway this morning after the single vehicle crash.

No other vehicles were involved.

The rider of the scooter has been taken to hospital for a checkup, police said.

Buses have been diverted due to the closure.

The 34 is currently diverting at Kirk Lane, then as 33 towards Guiseley.

The 27 service is not turning right onto Queensway, turning right Kirk Lane, then following the same diversion as for service 34.
