Guiseley crash: Police search for unidentified witness after 82-year-old cyclist confirmed dead in Leeds crash

Police investigating a fatal crash in Guiseley are keen to speak to a local cyclist who they believe may have witnessed the incident.

An 82-year-old man was seriously injured in the incident and later died in hospital.

The crash took place on the A65 New Road just before 11am outside the Morrisons Petrol Station on Friday, July 22.

Police investigating the incident say they are particularly interested in speaking to another cyclist who was in the area at the time of the collision.

This cyclist has not yet spoken with police and officers are keen to understand if the cyclist has any further information which may assist with the investigation.
