Drivers warned as BLACK ICE causes four cars to crash on Leeds street during rush-hour commute
Drivers have been warned to be careful on the roads of Leeds this morning - after FOUR cars crashed on the same stretch of road.
Roker Lane in Pudsey has a stretch of black ice across an S-bend, according to a local resident.
She told the Yorkshire Evening Post four cars had crashed on the road already this morning due to the ice.
One car remains stuck on the wrong side of the road after skidding on the ice.

Black ice, sometimes called clear ice, is a thin coating of glaze ice on a surface, especially on roads.
The ice itself is not black, but visually transparent, allowing the often black road below to be seen through it.
At low temperatures, black ice can form on roadways when the moisture from vehicle exhausts condenses on the road surface.
