The boys, who are all from the city but cannot be named for legal reasons, were sentenced at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
The robberies, in which one victim was stabbed and one shot with an air gun, happened in or close to the city centre between December 25 and December 30 last year.
One 16-year-old boy received a sentence of seven-and-a-half years and a second was jailed for five years.
A 15-year-old boy was sentenced to four years.
Detective Constable Hannah Mansell, of Bradford District CID, said: “We hope this outcome will be of satisfaction to the victims and that people in Bradford will feel safer knowing these males are no longer on the streets.
“We also hope it demonstrates that West Yorkshire Police takes violent crime seriously and will investigate all offences to bring perpetrators to justice.”
