The Leeds men banned from touching any vehicle in West Yorkshire
Court orders have been secured to prevent five Leeds men from touching any vehicle in West Yorkshire.
It follows a police investigation into an upsurge in the theft of motorbikes which in turn contributed to problems with anti-social riding in the Seacroft area this year.
