RECAP Norman Bar on Call Lane to reopen with ID security scanners
Leeds City Council's sub-licensing committee will met this morning to discuss the case after West Yorkshire Police raised concerns about public safety at the popular city centre bar.
The bar's license was temporaryly revoked by Leeds City Council on March 28 after a mass brawl in the early hours of a Sunday morning which saw bouncers using fire extinguishers to diffuse the crowd after a fight broke out. Please refresh for updates.
