Dubbed a 'free speech warrior' by her supporters, Kellie-Jay says the event will "create space for women to speak without fear, taking back the public square one corner at a time".
Campaigners say they are protesting against the "erasure of female-centric language" and "billionaire technocrats who are always ready to censor women".
The event will be held at Victoria Square, outside Leeds Art Gallery in the city centre, at 12.30pm.
It is the fourth Reclaiming The Public Square event Kellie-Jay has hosted.
The Leeds ReSisters group, which has campaigned against Leeds City Council's Managed Approach (MA) to the city's red light district, will join the demonstration.
