The below wards are those that have seen the steepest decline in council housing over the past ten years from 2009/10 to 2019. Figures have been provided by Leeds City Council and the Leeds Observatory.
Please note that some wards - such as Headingley and Hyde Park - where electoral boundaries have changed in the past ten years have been excluded from this list, so they have not been factored into the ranking.
13. Temple Newsam

14. Kippax and Methley
