While these developments won’t all come to fruition this year, as they are awaiting approval from planning chiefs at Leeds City Council, they may soon be in the works. Here are 10 developments that could form part of the city’s landscape in the near future.
7. A second Leeds city centre station?

8. Homes on Kirkstall supermarket site
