Police find missing man with links to Leeds area
A missing 89-year-old man with links to the Leeds area has been found.
Leslie Atkinson, known as Les, was last seen at his home address on Bright Street, Blackpool, on Monday at around 11pm.
Police yesterday appealed for the public’s help in finding him as concern for his wellbeing grew.
A spokesman said he was found last night on Blackpool pier.
He also thanked all those who helped to share the appeal.
