Pictures show the shocking state of fly tipping across Leeds

This is the disgusting state Leeds has been left in over recent weeks thanks to fly tippers.

It's after senior figures at Leeds City Council pleaded with its leaders to ditch disposal charges at the city's waste sites, which is thought to be the reason people dump rubbish in the streets.
