The facility, on Hyde Park Road, is free to use and its colourful, graffiti-tastic surfaces attract skaters of all ages and abilities.

Hide AdOn the day of photographer Tony Johnson’s visit, plenty of skaters were there showing off their moves on the skatepark’s quarterpipes, flat banks and platforms under an overcast city sky.
According to The Skateparks Project website: “This is a nice local park and would be good to visit on a sunny day but the layout is not the most original, however the surfaces are smooth and fast which does count to its advantage.”
