The 42-year-old, who is a qualification development manager, said: "I have always been fascinated with astronomy and human evolution and decided to combine that with my developing photography and videography hobby.

"The idea is to make a series of short films that depict human activity and capture the energy and emotions we all encounter.

"I have a real passion for time-lapse photography as it captures and showcases the environment and world around us in a way that a single image cannot."
