The Range set to open new Kirkstall store next week with 80 new staff recruited

The popular store is opening on the site of the old M & S and Outfit at Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park on Friday May 28.

Shoppers will be able to get their hands on a range of goods, including home and garden décor, furniture, everyday essentials, Petcare, DIY, and health products at a great price.

The new store will be spread over 2 floors and will employ 80 members of staff in part-time and full-time roles.

It is hoped that the hiring of staff will have a positive impact on both the local community and economy.

In line with current Government guidelines, the store will have extra safety procedures in place to protect both staff and customers when it opens.

These include social distancing floor markers, sanitising stations at the store entrance, and contactless payments where possible.

The store and shop fit teams have been working around the clock to get the store ready for the grand opening.

Footfall in the area is expected to increase as a result of the opening.
