Mr Godji’s partner claims to have left the country for fear for her own “safety and well-being”.

Octavian has denied the allegations, posting on his Instagram stories that he will post “evidence” that his ex-partner is “obsessed and will never let me alone or let me win”.

Pattern Publicity who were representing the rapper have severed ties following the allegations.

Posting on her Instagram, Emo Baby accused Octavian of a string of attacks, alleging physical and emotional abuse.

The artist also posted pictures of bruises and cuts, which she said were a result of attacks from the 24-year-old rapper.

She wrote: “The first instance of physical abuse came shortly after I feel pregnant with his child. After pressuring me to get an abortion he attacked me for the first time, kicked me in my stomach, burst my lip, attacked me with a hammer and threatened to kill me. I was shortly later asked to sign an NDA in an attempt to ‘gag’ me for 20k, which I didn’t sign.

“From the first instance of abuse to April 2020 when I finally left, the abuse became routine and was often prompted by his cocaine use. I was frequently kicked, punched, strangled and dragged out the house with my clothing or hair, he would smash furniture and threaten me with a bat, or attack me with other items like a screwdriver.

“The reason I have decided to share my story now, just before his album release is because I don’t want anyone to look up to this man.

"I particularly do not want young girls to listen to the dark music he makes to celebrate his abuse. He has an entire song about violently killing me with a machete called My Head which in a (since deleted) interview with DJ Semtex, Octavian admits to the song being about me and proudly laughs calling it ‘art', he also has new song on the album named Rocks Smiles which is about two men attacking me and at the end of this song he say he wants to kill me for telling everyone what he has done. I felt I had to share all this and speak my truth before these songs are out.

“This is just a fraction of what I have experience and what I have to say.”

JPIMedia have contacted Octavian’s record label Black Butter Records for a response to the accusations.

Octavian appeared on Spotify podcast, Who We Be Talks, where he explained the meaning of track “My Head”.

“I was breaking up with my girl, my girl was in the studio… I was writing these lyrics. Everything on that track is about a moment. It’s very basic, exactly what was happening in that time. All these dark thoughts I had in my head.”

In the track Octavian raps: “Can't save you, but please, someone save me / Been thinkin' 'bout killing you, baby (You f*****n' b***h) / Grab the gun on my right, push them good thoughts to the side, wait / Get out of my head, get the f**k out of my head”

He later sings: “B***h, you can't talk to me, I ain't got the time / Too busy cutting lines, I'll kill you if you're in my sight, yeah / Give me some molly, or I'll start a riot.”
