The family, from Moortown, have told of their heartbreak at losing their "kind and caring girl with the biggest heart of gold".

Tori worked as a carer before becoming a full-time-mother to seven year-old Rowen and four-year-old Ariana.

Rebecca, 31, said her sister had studied beauty for two years and was beginning to "love herself a little bit more".

Rebecca told the Yorkshire Evening Post: “Tori was a kind and caring girl with the biggest, purest heart of gold. She always had the time to stop and talk to anybody and she touched the lives of everyone she met.

“She didn’t have a lot but she’d give her last pound to anyone. My mum and dad have raised such a beautiful soul, they brought us all up like that but she really shone through.

“She was the life and soul of the party, she lived life to the full and she had just celebrated her 30th birthday.

“We are such a close knit family, which she loved, and she’d do anything for her children.

“She was a devoted mother to her children, her 'prinny' Ariana and 'best boy' Rowen as she called them. They were her whole world.”

Rebecca said Tori was well-known and loved in Moortown and tributes have flooded in from the community.

A friend has set up a GoFundMe appeal which has raised more than £3,500 for funeral costs, with any money leftover donated to Tori's young children.

Rebecca added: “Mum and dad are broken, we’re all broken but we’re trying to stay strong for the kids.

“We’re still in this dream world where we think she’s still out or still at home. You read these stories but you never think it’s going to happen to you - we’re all replaying the last day with her, the last thing we said.

“But we’ve got 30 years of happy memories which we’ll hold onto.

“We’ve had so many comments from people who had known her from the community, she would be overwhelmed knowing how much she’s loved. The whole community of Moortown is in mourning.

“There will never be another Tori Wilson.”

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
