A number of pubs and bars across Leeds are hiring new staff with different roles available - including at Slug and Lettuce, Be At One, The Library and more.

UK pub company Stonegate Group is recruiting in a number of its pubs in the city as it starts 'doing its bit' in rebuilding the economy.

Roles include bar team members, kitchen team members, bartenders and deputy managers with full and part time options available for some of the positions.

The opportunities are for young people starting in their careers or anyone else who wants a fresh start.

A spokesperson said these should be 'customer focused, passionate and hard working people' in preparation for the summer months.

Tim Painter, Director of HR at Stonegate Group, said: “We are delighted to bring these exciting opportunities to Leeds and we are excited as a business to be able to start doing our bit in rebuilding the local and national economy.
