People descended on the city centre to celebrate diversity and the occasion was marked with visits from special guests such as RuPaul’s Drag Race star Lawrence Chaney and Leeds United defender Luke Ayling.
The parade, named after the late co-owner of Blayds Bar Robert Payne, started at 2pm and finished at Lower Briggate.
