A Leeds man who was talked down from a bridge on New Year's Day has launched an appeal to find the young couple who saved him.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, said the day was a 'blur' but he was talked down from the bridge outside the BP garage at Bramley roundabout by a man and a woman.

He said he was desperately trying to find the couple who saved his life.
