Leeds gastro pub serves up Veganuary friendly kebab

A Leeds eaterie has launched a vegan-friendly kebab to help those with cravings for the post-pub treat this Veganuary.
The Botanist at Trinity Leeds is making sure the post-pub treat is very much still on the menu for those opting to take part in the lifestyle change.
Famous for its hanging kebabs, The Botanist's vegan version, is made with Tofurky Sausage and served with peppers, courgettes, and side of fries with maple BBQ to pour over it.
James Scott, executive chef at The Botanist and The New World Trading Company said: “Our Hanging Kebabs have been a much-loved staple of our menu for close to 10 years now.
“When we launched our new autumn menu, we reviewed our entire vegan offering. It was only natural this would lead to a vegan version of our most loved dish. I’m excited for even more people to be able to enjoy our kebabs.”
