Leeds date for Gary Barlow as part of solo 2021 summer tour

Gary Barlow will take to the stage in Leeds as part of a brand new solo tour in summer 2021.

The singer-songwriter will perform at the city's First Direct Arena on Friday, June 11 2021 as part of a 15 date tour around the UK and Ireland.

He’ll bring to life songs from his brand new album, Music Played By Humans, as well as hits from his career over the last three decades. And he will be joined by special guest, Beverley Knight.

Tickets go on general sale, Friday, October 9 at 9.30am from: ticketmaster.co.uk & gigsandtours.comGary has announced news of his first solo album in seven years, Music Played By Humans, which is set for release on November 27. Fans who pre-order the album get early pre-sale access to tickets on Wednesday, October 7.

The album features an array of collaborations with stars from around the world including James Corden, Michael Bublé, Sebastián Yatra, Barry Manilow, Chilly Gonzales, Alesha Dixon, Beverley Knight, Ibrahim Maalouf and Avishai Cohen.

The first single - Latin pop fusion track Elita featuring with Michael Bublé and Sebastián Yatra - is out now.

Music Played By Humans - The Tour, will take inspiration from the orchestral and big band music which captured Gary’s imagination as a child and eventually led to his new album of original compositions.

Gary said: “I love performing. I’ve missed it so much. I’m excited to think about how the new songs on the album will sound live and with an audience! I’m just really looking forward to getting out there and seeing everyone again.”
