They were running to raise funds for Age UK, a charity that provides support for older people. Several roads were closed for the event to allow runners to set off from The Headrow, run down Kirkstall Road, enjoy a scenic loop round Kirkstall Abbey, and then finish back in the city centre.
The Yorkshire Evening Post’s Steve Riding was in attendance to capture the action. Can you spot yourself in our gallery?
