Inspirational Leeds dad raises over £1,000 for Andy's Man Club 'who saved his life'

Paul Strafford, 30, started going to the Leeds group of mental health support group Andy's Man Club following a marriage break up.
Within eight weeks, Paul said he had fully opened up and shared his problems and started what he deemed was his recovery.

Hide AdPaul has used lockdown to improve his fitness and from not being able to run for a continuous 5km, driver Paul has now increased his times significantly.
To thank the group, Paul completed an incredible run to support the charity.
He raised more than £1,000 by running between the Leeds facility and Huddersfield.
Paul told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "The run was completed on 3hrs 11minutes, one minute off my predicted time.
"We have smashed the £840 and currently sat at over £1220.
"Thankyou to everyone who has donated."
