1. Album Launch by Captain Wilberforce, April 26 at 8pm
Join Leeds based alternative/indie pop band Captain Wilberforce on their Facebook page as they premier their full album: streaming each song, with the opportunity to chat to the band, ask questions, and win prizes.
2. Inkwell Arts watercolour workshop, April 25, 1pm to 2pm
Explore watercolour mark-making, paired with some mixed media patterns and doodles. All abilities welcome and all you need is some watercolour paints, paper, a paintbrush and some different coloured pens.
3. Discovering British Library collections by Leeds Digital Festival, April 30, 1pm until 2pm
Through a conversation with visual artist Michael Takeo Magruder and Jamie Andrews, head of Culture and Learning at the British Library, discover how digital collections can inspire creativity and connection in us all.
4. Click More Stuff craft fair, April 25 and 26, 11am until 5pm
An online craft fair to help makers and spread some positivity. On each day therell be 20 different makers, you will have six hours to buy from them.
5. Making Japan by Lotherton
Catch this fascinating exhibition online and celebrate the history of Japanese culture. Also explores relationship the Gascoigne family of Lotherton had with Japan, showcasing beautiful items they collected while living there.
6. Posters for the People by In Good Company
Leeds-based street art project led by Laura Wellington. Posters for the People aims to decorate homes, gardens, businesses and community spaces across the city with banners conveying thanks and positivity for NHS and key workers.
